Because Facta aims at constant improvement of its services, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey at the end of 2015.

Because Facta aims at constant improvement of its services, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey at the end of 2015. It is for us of great importance to respond to the needs of the customer and we want to know how the customer experiences Facta.

According to the results, Facta is very customer-oriented, flexible, and our core values ‘A deal is a deal’ and ‘First time right’ are very clearly reflected in our services. On a scale of 1-10, our service receives an average valuation of 7.8! We are very proud of this grade, but it always leaves scope for improvement. We have also received some points for improvement from our customers, which we will certainly address.
