From replacement factory doors to bespoke new frames

A door should open and close smoothly and be suited to your day-to-day requirements. We assess existing doors and frames to determine whether adjustment or replacement is needed. We also deliver bespoke factory doors, roller doors, warehouse doors, steel doors and frames for new buildings or site extensions. 

Our own fitters carry out on-site measurement. Based on this, we create the technical detailed design, taking into account the available space, existing connections and how the door is used. We then handle production in our own workshop and installation on site. This means all measurement, design and execution is handled by a single team, allowing our specialists to coordinate any adjustments directly.

Doors and frames in accordance with NEN standards 

When designing bespoke industrial doors and frames, we take into account safety, frequency of use and, for example, fire resistance. 

We design in accordance with NEN-EN 13241, which sets out the safety and performance requirements for industrial and commercial doors and gates. For doors requiring fire-resistant or smoke-resistant properties, we also take NEN-EN 16034 into account.  

Is fire compartmentation important for your situation? If so, we also consider additional requirements for self-closing doors. Please let us know your specific requirements in advance, so we can take these into account during the on-site measurement.

Are industrial doors and frames fully custom-made?

Yes, we always carry out our own site survey to take measurements, then prepare the detailed technical design based on the actual situation. We manufacture the industrial doors and frames ourselves, and install them on site using our own engineers.

Can existing, poorly functioning doors be replaced?

Yes, we will inspect and take measurements on site. Based on our findings, we will propose a tailored solution and carry out the work ourselves.
