FACTA AND VOS ROTATING CONTINUE UNDER ONE NAME

From 1 February 2023, Vos Rotating will continue its operations within its current sister company Facta. Both companies have already been under the umbrella of parent company Service Groep Nederland since September 2019. The merger of both companies will create a strong organisation that can offer its clients a complete service package in the field of service and maintenance of rotating equipment.

COMBINING STRENGTH AND KNOWLEDGE

Vos Rotating has over 35 years of experience in managing and maintaining rotating equipment and is internationally renowned for their level of knowledge. Vos Rotating’s 25 technical specialists use this knowledge to complement their colleagues at Facta. Facta has over 60 years of experience, 300 professionals and eight branches throughout the Netherlands. Vos Rotating will physically join the Facta branch in Uitgeest.

NICE INTERACTION

Both companies are specialists in overhauls, repairs, service and maintenance of rotating equipment, each with their own areas of expertise. A nice interaction can now occur in which the customers of both companies can be served even better.

Vos Rotating has a lot of national and international experience in which they take on long-term projects. Facta, with its national coverage, has mainly domestic experience. Both companies specialise in service and maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, electric motors and fittings. Vos Rotating also has extensive knowledge of turbines, compressors, fans and generators. Facta in its place has several winding shops, a coil shop, a special mechanical seal workshop, extensive experience with spring fuses and an extensive stock management programme.

FUTURE-PROOF

This merger will create an organisation that, despite the tight labour market, can guarantee sufficient capacity utilisation and a flexible service department. Together, both companies will continue to build under the name Facta in order to remain the best service company in the Netherlands and beyond. A service company that, by joining forces, can offer its customers an even better and more complete service.
