From vibration analysis to repair and commissioning of fans
Contamination or wear to the impeller can cause imbalance, putting additional stress on bearings and other components. Issues with the shaft, coupling or alignment can lead to vibration. Through inspections, vibration measurements and component checks, we determine where the problem starts. We then repair or replace damaged parts and balance the impeller or rotor. That way, we tackle the root cause of the damage.
Our specialists work on both radial and axial fans from various brands, including extraction, flue gas and cooling fans. We carry out overhauls in our own workshop, and take care of installation, alignment and test runs on site. If original parts are no longer available, we can use reverse engineering to manufacture replacement shafts, impellers or other components, provided this is technically responsible. We also adapt existing fans when loads or process conditions change. With us, you can rely on both restoring and extending the service life of your fan.
