Keeping technology moving at Toverland theme park
Just before the start of the main season, our service technicians carried out maintenance on the drive system of Toverland’s Fēnix roller coaster. Starting from a height of 40 metres, riders reach speeds of 95 km/h and experience three inversions. A reliable drive system is essential for the ride’s daily operation.
Preventive maintenance on the lift drive
During maintenance on the lift drive, the motors were tested and the carbon brushes replaced. This preventive work helps reduce the risk of breakdowns during the season. The aim is reliable drive operation, suited to the intensive use of the ride.
Condition monitoring alongside maintenance
In addition to the maintenance work, our specialist carried out extensive vibration measurements on the Fēnix drive system. These measurements allow us to assess the condition of rotating components and identify irregularities at an early stage.
The results help the park plan maintenance more effectively and reduce unexpected downtime. By combining maintenance and diagnostics, we help keep the ride available throughout the season.
