New energy-efficient headquarters for Cocensus

Facta delivered the complete electrical installation for Cocensus’s new headquarters. Developed by Poland Bouw, the building was designed with one clear objective: to minimise energy consumption. This requires smart technology, including automated lighting, climate control and integrated sensors.

Smart systems based on KNX building automation

To optimise the building’s energy consumption, a building automation system based on the KNX protocol was selected. It centrally controls lighting, heating, cooling, shading and security. Sensors enable these systems to respond automatically to occupancy and conditions within the building. This improves comfort and prevents unnecessary energy use.

The result

We delivered the complete electrical installation for the new headquarters. All rooms are equipped with sensors and automatic climate control. Lighting and climate systems respond to how the building is used, supporting both comfort and energy efficiency.

Service and maintenance

Our involvement continues after handover. Our technicians visit regularly to inspect, test and adjust the installations where necessary. If a fault or defect occurs, we are available 24/7 for support. This helps keep the installation operating safely and reliably.
