SCIOS Scope 10 inspections for electrical fire safety

Unnoticed defects can cause fire damage and operational downtime. Want to have your electrical installation inspected for fire hazards? A Scope 10 inspection provides insight into risks and the actions required for remediation.

From electrical fire risks to targeted remediation

Overloading, poor connections or defective components can cause overheating and fire. We assess your electrical installation and connected equipment in line with SCIOS Scope 10 and NTA 8220. Our inspectors combine visual checks with measurements and thermographic surveys. We also look at how the installation is used and the conditions of its surroundings.

Beforehand, we’ll coordinate the inspection and any required shutdown periods with your operations. You will receive an inspection report detailing the identified risks and a list of recommended actions. Our in-house electrical specialists can carry out the necessary repairs. We then have the remediation evaluated and documented. This allows you to combine the inspection and remedial work under Facta, and present the results to your insurer.
