When load-bearing structural parts wear or are affected by corrosion, using conveyors, industrial tanks or pipework can become unsafe. Severe deterioration may even cause the structure to collapse. We inspect the support structure and determine which parts can be repaired and where replacement is required. You’ll receive clear recommendations, and you can also leave the entire process to us. 

Our structural specialists handle the technical design, fabrication and installation of the required support. We take into account precise dimensions, existing connections and limited accessibility. We also provide tailor-made support structures for new installations and extensions. If work needs to be carried out during a maintenance shutdown, we coordinate production and installation with the available timeframe.

When does a supporting structure need to be inspected?

Visible corrosion, deformation, wear or damage are reasons to have the structure assessed. This also applies if parts of the installation are no longer properly supported. We assess the condition of the structure and advise on the measures needed. 

Does a damaged structure need to be fully replaced?

That depends on the nature and extent of the damage. We determine whether repair or replacement of individual components is possible, or if a new supporting structure is required. 

Can the work be carried out during a maintenance shutdown?

Yes, we coordinate the work with the available maintenance window. In advance, we check the dimensions, accessibility and required parts, so we can prepare production and installation accordingly.
