Vlaar Techniek becomes part of Facta
Vlaar Techniek, a specialist in measurement and control technology for water management, will become part of Facta as of 6 May 2025. This step enables Facta to expand its services with in-depth expertise in water management and process automation. At the same time, Vlaar will gain access to a broader technical organisation with nationwide coverage.
Technical reinforcement in water management and electrical engineering
Vlaar Techniek has been active for over 30 years in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems for measuring, controlling and monitoring water flows. From its base in Medemblik, the company serves a diverse range of clients in the water sector and has established itself as a reliable partner for applications such as water level management, pumping station control, telemetry systems and process automation.
Facta is an independent technical service provider with over 600 colleagues, spread across 12 locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Under the names Facta Rotating, Facta Elektrotechniek, Facta Constructietechniek and MOH Service, the organisation provides support for service, maintenance and technical projects – from rotating equipment to construction work, piping and electrical engineering.
The collaboration with Vlaar Techniek strengthens Facta’s expertise in water management and measurement and control technology. For Vlaar, joining Facta means access to additional disciplines, nationwide capacity and support with both routine service and complex projects.
Independent within a larger group
Vlaar Techniek will continue to operate under its own name and from its familiar location in Medemblik. The organisation retains its specialisation and working methods, supported by Facta’s broader technical network. Both companies remain focused on continuity, knowledge-sharing and increasing added value for clients.
Joining forces results in more specialist knowledge, a broader range of services and a stronger technical partner for the future.
