From water level management to bridge and lock operation

We automate pumping stations, weirs and sluice gates to maintain or discharge water at the required levels. For sewer management, we link pumping stations and overflow measurements to controls that make better use of available storage capacity. This helps to reduce flooding and sewer overflows.

For bridges and locks, we provide the electrical installation and control system, including signals, cameras and audio connections for remote operation. Combined control from a central location is also possible.

Which installations can Facta automate?

We automate pumping stations, weirs, sluice gates, sewage installations, bridges and locks. You can also come to us for individual monitoring points, such as groundwater measurement or overflow monitoring. We supply the measurement equipment, control systems and integration with your management environment. 

Can you connect to our existing central control station?

Our telemetry solutions can be linked to an existing central control station. Before we start, we assess whether the systems and communication are compatible and what adjustments may be necessary. We can also supply and host a central management environment. UDSO Telemetrie. 

Which solution is suitable for a location without a mains power supply?

For measurements, we offer UDSO Low Power and the Solar Meetbuis, both of which can operate on a battery, accumulator or solar panel. For groundwater monitoring, the rechargeable UDSO groundwater logger is available. Do you want to automatically control a weir or gate? In that case, the Compact Solar Controller might be suitable. We advise you on which solution matches your location and application. 

Does an existing installation need to be fully replaced in order to automate it?

That is not always necessary. We assess which components can be reused and which controls, sensors or connections need to be modified. This way, we tailor the upgrade to the existing installation and the desired operation and monitoring. 

Can Facta also take care of maintenance after delivery?

Yes, we provide support for maintenance, monitoring and faults. We look at the control system and electrical engineering, as well as pumps and drives. This means you can manage both automation and technical maintenance with a single provider.
